How You Can Participate

Three Loaves is an organization of individuals inspired by Jesus' gracious mandate to love one's neighbor in the broadest sense. We believe that well-conceived charitable efforts arise very naturally out of that relationship. We seek genuine friendship and exchange with African Christians engaged in indigenous relief, conservation, and sustainable development efforts. We also particularly wish to serve those Americans who believe they have something to gain from personal relationships with Africans committed to helping their communities thrive. We hope that such connections will lead both directly and indirectly to knowledge transfer or material exchange.

Should you desire to help in a tangible way, we invite you to donate. We provide technical assistance as well as financial aid to some of our partners, so we do have necessary administration costs in order to provide qualified management and accounting expertise to our partners. More than 80% of your gifts go directly to our partner projects to rebuild shattered lives and communities, and in addition we have a donor who has agreed to donate reimbursement of the administration costs we do incur, in order to further leverage your gift. The Three Loaves Fund was established on the premise that miracles are wrought through the intangible gifts of love and friendship, and tangible gifts of funds and hard work.
